At KayyTheHairPlug, we take pride in providing premium-quality hair products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance purposes, all sales are final.

We will no longer offer refunds, returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. You will have 2 hours to cancel your order once you have submit payment. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can review and resolve the issue.
