- Cancel your order
- You are able to cancel your order within 1 hour of your completed purchase by contacting the Customer Service Representative.
i. If the item is already shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order
- Returns & Exchanges
- We will accept returns & exchanges within 10 days of delivery date for any unused product.

- Eligible Returns:
- Hair must be in its original condition as received. (uncut, unbleached, unwashed)
- Hair must be clean, odor free, and with original tags in place
Return & Exchange Shipping Fee
- If the return is not due to KayyTheHairPlug error, the cost of the return shipping will be at the expense of the customer. Shipping fees vary depending on the vendor used. If needed, please contact us prior to shipping; we may be able to suggest an affordable and convenient option.
- How to Begin a Return

- We will respond providing return instructions and address
- Ship the item back – we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days of receiving the product

- Once your return has been received and approved upon inspection, your new item will be shipped within 5-7 business days
