Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. KayyTheHairPlug is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, KayyTheHairPlug is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
